Counsel's Opinion is written by a budding criminal barrister who began pupillage in October 2010.
Counsel did not go to Oxbridge (or Durham for that matter), did not get a first and has not helped people on death row avoid The Chair. How he got a pupillage is still something of a mystery to him, but he is very very grateful.
